*Our Products

All of my products are my own original designs and or patterns created by me, Rachel. Each Miss Sugar Pops™ creation is hand sewn or stitched. I make sure every inch is perfect.  Details are everything! Since all are hand created, each Miss Sugar Pops™ product differs slightly. No two are exactly alike.  All fabrics used are pre-washed. Since hand made...I advise hand washing & allow to air dry.  I create and design items to last...Each is made for the active child who likes to be a kid, but wants to look "FANCY" while doing so! Being a mom of 4, I know how important play dates are. I create each MSP product to last many, many play dates.

*Custom Orders

We do lots of custom orders...lots of one-of-a-kind items. If you do not see the product you desire, let us know.  We can custom make one for you.  Let us know the theme & vision and I (rachel) will make it come a reality!  Email with questions or requests...no theme or vision is too grand!

*Placing an Order

Your order can be placed 24/7 by ordering on MSP website. Ordering online is not only simple and convenient, but safe and secure.  If you would like to discuss a custom design, please email us at:  info@misssugarpops.com   You may also contact us by phone #817-851-4123 at our studio.

*Payments & Sales Tax

Miss Sugar Pops™currently accepts all forms of credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may pay via credit/debit card through Miss Sugar Pops' secure server at checkout. MSP also excepts Pay Pal.  We also accept promptly paid postal money orders & business/personal checks. If paying with check...please be advised that your order will not ship until check clears. Sales tax applies to all Texas based shipments.

*Shipping

Stocked designs will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take up to 2-3 weeks. If you require faster delivery please let us know and we can accommodate most requests.  MSP primarily ships with USPS, Priority Mail, arriving to you 2-3 days after being shipped.  We also ship via UPS & Fed Ex. For overnight deliveries & international shipping, please contact us for a quote.  All other shipping fees are as follows: The shipping fee will be caculated during checkout. The shipping/handling fee is typically 15% of the order total. You will be notified via email once your item has been shipped & given the tracking info for your package.  If you have a wholesale account with MSP & are located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, we can hand deliver your order to you as well.

*Order Status

MSP strives to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact MSP via email at: info@misssugarpops.com  

*Returns

 Miss Sugar Pops™ is dedicated to making this a pleasant and fun shopping experience. We always  strive to remedy any problems, but ask that you contact MSP within 3 days if you are unhappy with your order.  Returns in new conditions, in the original packaging with all tags intact are fully refunded, less shipping/handling fees and a 15% re-stocking fee. Because most items are custom crafted per your request, Miss Sugar Pops™ cannot accept returns on those items. 

*Privacy Policy

Miss Sugar Pops™ does not share any private information with any other parties. MSP collects email addresses, phone #'s and mailing info only for the purpose of fulfilling orders which are placed. We will not call you unless we have a question regarding your order or shipping information.  We always email first. We would only call if we do not get a response via email.
